If you haven't already, register with dealfree.net (registration is free and takes approximately 3 minutes), otherwise sign in using the form in the left hand column.
Givers 
- Click the "Post an item" link in the account box in the left column.
- Select "Giving an item" and complete the form.
- Once a user has emailed you regarding the listing, sign into your account and click on the bin icon to remove it from the listings.
Takers 
- Browse the listings or search for specific items using the search at the top. Filter the listings using the postcode search.
- Click the title of the item then complete the short form to contact the giver directly.
- If there is something you really want that you expect people will give away for free then click "Post an item" link in the box in the left column, select "Requesting an item" and complete the form.
